The Colonie Police Department was able to apprehend one suspect involved in the incident. On Friday they arrested 23-year old Schenectady resident, Paul A.L. Streeks.
Autumn Hinchcliff was sentenced to 12 years for Attempted Murder, 18 years for two counts of Assault, 2 1/3 to 7 years for Aggravated Criminal Contempt, and one year for Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Officers with the Albany Police Department report that they responded to the area of Orange Avenue. They recovered a revolver, a 12 gauge shotgun, a 45 caliber revolver, a 40 caliber handgun, a 357 magnum revolver, a 38 caliber revolver, and a 9 mm handgun.
The Albany County Sheriff's Office stopped 31-year old Markus Planku around 2:52 a.m. for speeding. The vehicle was stopped on Rt. 9W in the City of Albany. Charges include the third-degree (Class D. Felony); Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second-degree (Class C Felony); Unlawful Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor); and Speeding (Traffic Violation).
Mr. Ojeda had pleaded guilty to manslaughter. He admitted that the baby ingested methamphetamine while he was caring for his child. Mr. Ojeda did not call for medical assistance for his child until it was too late.

When officers searched Vazquez’s backpack, they discovered a loaded sawed-off shotgun. Officers confiscated the Stoeger 12-gauge shotgun loaded with 12 gauge shotgun shells.
45-year-old Matthew Peters has been arrested. According to authorities, the Schenectady resident initiated and exchanged sexually explicit text messages with an undercover officer between October 2 and October 7.
