Students reported his alarming behavior to school staff

A Saratoga County man faces three felony charges after breaking into his neighbors' home in the middle of the night, while naked, for an attempted sexual assault.

On Thursday, September 2, 2021, around 10 o’clock at night, 21-year old Manief A. Mullins of Schenectady allegedly went on a burglary spree.

The night clerk, 30-year old Bryan R. Taylor of Albany, is accused of planting a recording device underneath the door of one of the rooms.
