You ever have to be somewhere at a certain time and just knew you were gonna be little late? Well no rush, studies have shown people running late are a lot happier and they could live a lot longer.

According to studies from Harvard University the Harvard medical school says people who are running late are often operating with a sense of calm, and that’s quite possibly adding years to their lives. In addition research has found that having “an optimistic outlook early in life can predict better health and a lower rate of death during follow-up periods of 15 to 40 years.”

Other studies have shown that having such a positive outlook on life could also lessen you chances of getting high blood pressure and heart disease.

So if you are a naturally late person then chances are you got a lot of life to live. For more of the study visit here
