The royal baby is here! and his name is "Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor." According to a CNN, baby Archie was born early morning on the 6th of May 2019 and weighed 7 lb 3 oz. The new dad, Prince Harry stood in front of reporters to give the world a update on the new royal addition."It's been the most amazing experience I would ever have possibly imagined, he says" and assured us that her Royal Highness is doing very well.

According to USAToday, the last name honors Harry's beloved grandfather Prince Philip, 97 who married Princess Elizabeth Windsor in 1947. In the non tradition royal family way, Prince Harry and Meghan decided to announce their baby boy's name on Instagram Monday, with a photo of Queen Elizabeth meeting the baby along with Prince Philip and Megan's mother, Doria Ragland. According to FoxNews, Mommy and Daddy would not be giving baby Archie a title just yet. However, when Prince Charles become King, the baby will automatically become Prince Archie. On Wednesday the Duke and Duchess of Sussex presented the baby to the world at St.George Hall at Windsor Castle.

Harry and Meghan have received some criticism for choosing to announce their baby name on Instagram but some royal experts say this is actually a modern update to how royal births were announced for generations. In fact a lot of new modern traditions comes with the new royal family, for the first time a royal baby would be eligible for USA citizenship, thanks to his mother Meghan who is an American. The baby is the first British-American baby born into the British royal family according to CNN, this also the first biracial baby in the modern history of the British family. We wish the new Royal Family nothing but peace and happiness in their journey through parent-hood.
