Rapper Lil Durk is currently out on 250,000 bond, after being released from Fulton County in Atlanta. Lil Durk whos real name is Durk Derrick Banks has been held in Fulton Country after turning himself in. The Chicago rapper, is being charged with numerous of charges such as; Criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, participation in a criminal street gang and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. In his alleged involvement in a shooting that took place back in February at The Varsity in Atlanta.

Judge Kevin Farmer granted Durk bond against prosecutors request of remand, calling him a flight and community risk, per wsb-tv2. Prosecutors says theres a video of Lil Durk shooting at the victim, leaving him wounded. Reported from TMZ, Lil Durk and his co-defended King Von rob the victim for $30,000, a expensive chain and car. The judge on the case said that the video footage is probable cause to charge him with criminal intent to commit murder. Farmer did take into consideration that the rapper did turned himself in, after police issued a arrest warrant. Some good characters witnesses took the stand in support of Banks. "I've known Derrick in a very tense environment in Chicago and I've never witnessed him lashing out," ... "It's always been smiles and it's always been jokes. He's always been a good character." There's no way I would come from Chicago and speak on his behalf if I thought there would be any type of risk. And I definitely wouldn't want to ruin my name by vouching for him," the pastor said.
The criminal case against the "home body" rapper will continue. In conditions of his release Lil Durk cannot be anywhere near any weapons, he must be in the house from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every day and he cannot attempt to intimidate any witness. He'll also be required to wear an ankle monitor at all times.
