Rapper Lil Durk is currently out on 250,000 bond, after being released from Fulton County in Atlanta. Lil Durk whos real name is Durk Derrick Banks has been held in Fulton Country after turning himself in. The Chicago rapper, is being charged with numerous of charges such as; Criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, participation in a criminal street gang and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. In his alleged involvement in a shooting that took place back in February at The Varsity in Atlanta.

Judge Kevin Farmer granted Durk bond against prosecutors request of remand, calling him a flight and community risk, per wsb-tv2. Prosecutors says theres a video of Lil Durk shooting at the victim, leaving him wounded. Reported from TMZ, Lil Durk and his co-defended King Von rob the victim for $30,000, a expensive chain and car. The judge on the case said that the video footage is probable cause to charge him with criminal intent to commit murder. The criminal case against the "home body" rapper will continue. In conditions of his release Lil Durk cannot be anywhere near any weapons, he must be in the house from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every day and he cannot attempt to intimidate any witness. He'll also be required to wear an ankle monitor at all times.
