Women Are Mad About The Child Support Card [VIDEO]

The state of Delaware is proposing a child support card, with strict regulations that the money has to be spent on school supplies, and children's clothing. Women are upset about this saying that they don't need these regulations because they take care of their children.

If you are spending the money on the things you are supposed to what difference does it make with the regulations ? I think there is misuse from a lot of women when it comes to child support. That is just one of the consequences of having a child with someone you didn't plan on staying with. I think both sides need to get over it, there is no way you could correctly monitor what some one spends money on these women will always find a way to break the rules and use the money for what they want to use it for.
