Starting February 1st U-Haul international will stop hiring nicotine users to drive for the company. They will also ban e-cigs and vaping use red as well. According to News Channel 13 U-Haul International approved the nicotine-free policy set to go into effect Feb. 1 in 21 states where the company operates. Those however hired before the policy begins will not be effected. The company hopes that the new policy will help create a healthier workforce.
I think this is a good thing and can help cut back on nicotine users. Maybe other companies will find this policy of good use and implement this as well. The new laws are already put in place to up the smoking age and ban vaping and e-cig users all around. For more information visit here.
