New York Cracks Down on Texting & Driving!

Don't text and drive! Not only is it potentially dangerous, but now you will be held accountable with some hefty fines and points on your license.

You can receive up to five points on your license and a $150 fine if caught texting and driving. So beware, you have been warned!

Gov. Cuomo plans on setting up texting zones where drivers can pull to side of road to text if necessary.

Listen, it ain't that serious: get hands free, voice dial or voice-activated text. Or tell them to call you later!

BTW, I saw someone driving while wearing Beats by Dre headphones today!  So will there be a law about driving while wearing headphones or ear buds? Good Lawd, common sense people!
