HBO Series “The Gilded” To Be Filmed In Troy

Troy will be the scene this summer, for an upcoming HBO series called “The Gilded Age”. There have been scouts in Troy all week to look at buildings inside and out to provide the Victorian setting for New York scenes that will be in HBO’s upcoming “The Gilded Age,”.

Troy has plenty of old building that’s look like the late 1800s most of these buildings probably haven’t been maintained so the crew will have their work cut out for them. Where would you suggest they go to look in Troy, for victorian era 1837 - 1901 style homes? There are also casting calls coming soon so if you're looking to be an extra stay posted. Filming is slated in June.
