90 Degrees Today – Will It Melt? [UPDATE]

The incredibly un-seasonal weather is the talk of the town today.  I was never good at science in high school but I still like to experiment.  So what better way to test exactly how hot it is than to melt stuff?

I could've gone with ice cubes, chocolate chips or another "duh, of course it'll melt" item.  I decided instead to use a crayon.  This one could go either way.  I placed one black crayon behind the station at 12:30pm this afternoon.  I'm not going to check the status until the 5pm hour today.  Get your votes in now!  I'll give you an update and the results this afternoon on Hot 99.1.

The crayon did NOT melt, however, it looks like it started melting on the butt end a little bit.  Pat yourself on the back if you're one of the majority who said NO!
