The capital region is home to a lot of real haunted places.  With Halloween only a week away, people are on a mission to go ghost hunting, research haunted places & maybe do a little investigating themselves.

A couple of years back I came across a website that lists all different haunted place in New York State & I found there were a lot of creepy places right here in our own backyards.

Places like historical Cherry Hill in Albany,  Pinewoods Cemetary in Troy (one of the most haunted cemetaries in the world), The Beardslee Castle in Little Falls (near Utica), The Colleges of Russell Sage & St Rose, SUNY Albany, The Cohoes Falls & Cohoes Music Hall, The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, The Loudon Cottage in Loudonville (site of Abraham Lincoln's ghost), Vail Cemetary in Schenectady & Snyder's Lake in East Greenbush are only a few of the alleged haunted places of the capital region.

You can read the stories for yourselves, share your own ghost stories, search for national haunted places & more!

Check out this website & see if you believe!
