#FlavainyaEar Nipsey Hussle Babymama Drama !

Since the murder of the Grammy-nominated rapper, Nipsey Hussle on March 31st his family has been picking up the pieces to continuing his vision and legacy. Nipsey Hussle, Who real name is Ermias Asghedom, leaves behind two children, 10 year old Emani which he shares with ex-girlfriend Tanisha Foster and 2 year old Kross, who he has with current girlfriend, actress Lauren London. His younger sister Samantha Smith has filed an emergency petition a few weeks back for the legal guardianship of Emani. According to People, Smith lived with her brother ( Nipsey Hussle ) and Emani until about 2014 or 2015 and been an active part of Emani's life along with Hussle. Since the passing of the California rapper, Emani been staying with the sister due to the alleged allegations that Tanisha Foster is unfit to care for the child. Sources tell TMZ, that the rapper cared for his daughter and maintain fulled custody of her before his murder. Smith wants to maintain stability in the 10-year olds life and wants her to continue to live with family members who's she is very close to.

“[Smith] has always been a presence in Emani’s life and along with the rest of Emani’s paternal family has assisted in her care and continues to do so,” the documents read. Her goal of obtaining custody of the girl is to “ensure [her] continued stability,” and guarantee Emani “can continue to live with family members with whom she has always had close ties.”

The Hussle family and Tanisha Foster appear in court on Monday, when a judge ruled in Samantha favor for custody. TMZ, caught up with Foster as she was leaving the court room, she didn't have much to stay but she did seem "pissed off" and told reporters to have a "bless day." There is currently a bench warrant for Tanisha for not appearing in court for a DUI in 2017, she is also on 3 year probation. Ms.Foster is no stranger to the law, in which she has several arrest extending back to 2006. Larry, Fosters lawyer, says he is working with the Hussle family to schedule invitation right for Both Emani and Tanisha. Tanisha cries to the judge with pitty, she haven't seen her daughter in months ( before Nipseys death ). The judge was nice enough to shut courts doors for Tanisha and her daughter to have quality time together for about 20 mins according to TMZ. Hussle did not have a will before his death and his 2 million dollar estate is being questioned in relation to the custody of his daughter. I hope this is not a money hungry issue and the matter of Emani good well-being is more important. At the end of the day no 10 year old should be put in this difficult position. They are to be set back in court in July. Jay-Z says it best "No one wins when the family funds"
