#FlavaInYaEar All Charges Against Jussie Smollett Dropped

The story that keeps on giving, ALL charges against Jussie Smollett has been dropped. The FBI, reported from Fox News is reviewing the charges being dropped and openly questioning the prosecutor's decision. The National District Attorney Association releases a statement

"The rich are treated differently, the political connected receives favorable treatment."

Evidence via text messages from the Smollett family being in connection with Tina Chung, a former staff member of Michelle Obama raises questions. Tina reached out to prosecutor Kim Foxx personally though text messages with concerns of the Investigation from the family. On Wednesday March 27th 2019, Miss Foxx defends her decision on dropping the charges against Jussie Smollett.

"I believe that the outcome - him having to forfeit the $10,000, having to do community service, based on the allegations and again the low-level felony and no criminal background are an outcome that would expect with this type of case"

The prosecutor says at a news conference reported from Chicago AP news. According to the City Law Department, the City of Chicago is seeking payment of the 130,000 extended on overtime hours in the investigation. Adding if the amount is not paid within seven days the Department of Law will prosecute Smollett for making a false statement to the city or prosecute any other legal remedy available at law, says CNN.

Now just because, the charges have been dropped, does not confirm the Jussie Smollet is innocent. My personal opinion is, yes! I still believe he indeed stage his own attack, just the outcome of him just getting community service is not worth the time. I am curious on how he will bounce back from his career. I’m pretty sure this is not the end of this story.
