Cap City Albasode #7-Mountain Ridge Adventure

This week in Cap City Albasodes...I'm being brave,really brave!

You all flooded my email about this place and after careful consideration(I was chickening out)I decided to give it a try and I've invited the adventurous Keisha Renee to join me.Mountain Ridge Adventure is only a 25-30 minute drive to Glenville,NY.

It was easy to find and the walk up the hill was actually refreshing a mini cardio workout you can say.This is absolutely a family place its located on acres upon acres of land.

It's operated by Micheal and his family who made us zipline warriors.They showed us the ropes and took us through a short  training exercise.And at this point this is about to get done no turning back!YES they will show you exactly what to do, so don't chicken out! Safety is always first!

I'm not going to lie I was a bit intimidated but once I was up on that ladder all I could hear was Eminem's "you only have one chance...." and I just went for it!

It was exhilarating and I honestly was full of energy for the rest of the day.I'm so happy Keisha Renee joined me on this one! Next time we will do the entire course which is about 3 hours but you can choose your package just ask Micheal he's happy to help!
