The COVID-19 virus is hitting close to home. I had to check my calendar to make sure I didn’t go to the restaurant during the reported time period. Here is the message the Albany County Gov put out this morning.

A cashier at the Popeye's Chicken on Central Ave in Albany has recently tested positive for COVID-19. Anyone who got takeout from the Popeye's Chicken on Monday, March 23, between 4 and 10 p.m. or March 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. should contact the health department.

This is concerning but unfortunately unavoidable, in the current times, the best practice is to social distance, and wash your hands according to guidelines.

It seems like anyone can catch COVID-19 anywhere so maybe this will help someone who wasn’t taking the pandemic serious to be more cautious.
