Today is “IHOP Free Pancake Day”?

Did you know there are two pancake days every year? One in September, and one today. Well after this year there is only one. The one today was invented by IHOP back in 2006. But this year they've decided to change the name so now it's called "IHOP Free Pancake today.

They probably changed the name for better branding and to distinguish their pancake day from the other one.

Even though the name changed they are still offering the same deal. You can show up at participating IHOP locations anytime between 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. and get a free short stack. That's three pancakes, which usually runs you about $5.

Everyone loves pancakes so this deal is a no brainer but also a fundraiser to help sick kids and eradicate cancer. So they always encourage people to donate some of the money they save.
