Rappers T.I. and Lil Wayne have been friends for many years, but after Weezy’s comments about the Black Lives Matter movement on Nightline, Tip is giving him some tough love.

Wayne received a ton of backlash following his Nightline interview where he pretty much disassociated himself from anything that relates to Black Lives Matter. “My life matter, especially to my bitches,” he proclaimed during the interview. After a few questions, Wayne finally had enough. The rapper removed his mic and walked out of the interview early, saying, “I ain’t no f---in’ politician.”

T.I. was shown the interview by his children and apparently was in shock by what he heard and saw. On Saturday (Nov. 5), the Atlanta rapper had to go on Instagram and put Tunechi on blast for his remarks.

“I don’t know what you goin thru, or what you are attempting to avoid but this s--- is absolutely unacceptable,” Tip wrote in his Instagram post. “You’re disrespecting yourself, bringing shame on your family name and tarnishing your legacy."

"You have to get outta that bubble that you’ve been living in & get out here & educate yourself on what’s going on around US,” he continued. “I’m always here to share whatever knowledge or understanding I may have to assist your growth & development, but u MUST STOP this buffoonery & coonin’ you out here doin.”

We have to give props to T.I. for being woke and speaking some sense to Wayne. We don't know if his message was delivered to Wayne or not.
