New Boutique Styled YMCA To Open In April

Hot Girl Summer 2020 is coming soon and the YMCA is back in Albany.  The YMCA location in Albany, closed in August of 2019, after being sold to Albany City School District’ to renovate and expand the North Albany Academy elementary school into a middle school for the district.  The building at 616 N. Pearl St. was a perfect location for the neighborhood children who would play basketball in the gym at the YMCA center.

Months after closing the Capital District announced that it would open a new boutique style location, featuring a special cardio room with high-end spin bikes and rowing machines, a mind and body studio, a weight room, and a high-intensity studio with special HIIT classes.

The YMCA announced on the website the new location will open in April.  The new location is at 17 New Scotland Rd.  Also the YMCA is opening another location in Colonie (Wolf Rd) called “Evolution”.  There is no excuse not to have the 2020 summer body, with all these new work out options coming to the area.
