Kevin Ware Injury – GET YA BARF BAG READY! [VIDEO]

Louisville took out Duke to advance to the NCAA Final Four this past weekend.  They lost a player to one of the most unnerving injuries every documented in sports, though.

Kevin Ware spent most of the season as the team's first option off the bench, backing up Russ Smith and Peyton Siva in the Cardinals' back-court.  The injury occurred when he attempted to block a shot by Duke's Tyler Thornton.

WARNING - the video is absolutely horrific.  If you're easily shaken up by these things, focus your attention on the Louisville bench players.  Their reaction says it all.

Ware, currently in his sophomore season, is expected to be out for a year.
