Forecasters have predicted heavy snow in the Capital Region tonight into tomorrow morning, with a winter storm watch in effect from Wednesday afternoon until Thursday afternoon.
The Capital Region got it’s the first round of winter storms yesterday at 2pm. Now today we are being hit with another round which will add an additional 3-6 inches in some places which will give some folks over 2 feet of snow.
Almost every school district is closed, making announcements as early as Sunday afternoon...
Weather forecasts are predicting that we're going to be getting up to 12 inches overnight. That means that a lot of schools and workplaces will be closed or at the very least, delayed. We'll keep you updated as we can with the various closings as they are announced.
Looks like the Capital Region is expecting to get a huge snow storm later this evening.
