Rick Ross Forced to Cancel Detroit Performance “In Fear for His Life”

Seems like Rick Ross was added to the "No Fly Zone" list in the city of Detroit this weekend, being denied access to a venue in order to perform.

Rick Ross was slated to perform at the city's 17th Annual Summer Jam concert this past weekend. Unfortunately, Rozay never stepped foot in the building, let alone grace the stage.

According to AllHipHop.com and numerous reports, the Maybach Music Group Boss' was met by about 100 people outside the venue, denying him access in order to perform.

Speculators seem to believe the Miami-bred MC's "Hood Pass" was revoked Detroit's own Trick Trick, whose street credibility in the Motor City has been one of legend.

I'm glad that he was able to escape that encounter unscathed and make light of the situation. Even though this weekend was the first of the summer, it seems like it's still "So Cold In The D"...
