Shyy lets us know all about it.

Now you remember back in February when artist and comedian Monique, asked for a boycott on Netflix for being racist and biased for not paying her. She thought she deserved for her Netflix special. Now they have recently let go of their 6-year connection chief Jonthan Friedland. Reported from insiders, in a meeting with public relations staff Friedland repeated the N-word in reference of “Not” using the word. When two reps from human resources – who are both black – tried to explain why that word is unacceptable Friedland then used the N-Word again! He was then let go for his racial unawareness and insensitively.

“The second incident confirmed a deep lack of understanding, and convinced me to let Jonathan go now,” Netflix CEO Reed Hastings said in a memo to staff, announcing Friedland’s termination.

Friedland took to Twitter with a tweet “Thanks. Rise high, fall fast. All on a couple words,” Friedland tweeted on Friday afternoon. He deleted that tweet later that day with another tweet two hours later, “I’m leaving Netflix after seven years. Leaders have to be beyond reproach in the example we set and unfortunately I fell short of that standard when I was insensitive in speaking to my team about words that offend in comedy.”

Friedland was also a former Disney executive and one-time Wall Street Journal journalist. He's very experienced in leadership positions and aware of the racial problem seeking in our society today. There are no excuses, Good job Netflix!
