With the completion of a new roundabout at Crossgates Mall in Albany the Capital District Transit Authority (CDTA) hopes that traffic flow will improve access to and from the I-87 Northway as part of its Purple Line Project. Whether it does or doesn't, one thing you can count on is the roundabout "love/Hate" debate will continue.
