Hot991 At The Blacks Arts Fest

So it rained yesterday, well actually it poured for a little while. The festival was postponed for an hour due to the rain but once that had stopped the festival went on. Team Hot was in attendance and made sure to show face at all the locations of entertainment. The main stage was lit as well and Jody Watley and Shalmar Reloaded has everyone on there feet. I was able to stop by the kid zone and check out some of the performances as well. Heres a couple "Hot" pics with some of the stations fans.
