Tekaski 69 next single should be called “Snitchinggg” because that is exactly what his doing. According to TMZ two months after being arrested on 9 federal counts by the FBI, Daniel Hernandez is ready to make a deal. Inside sources from TMZ, says Mr. Hernandez plead guilty to all 9 counts on January 23, days after he was denied bail. The 22 year old Brooklyn rapper could be facing anywhere from 47 years to life in prison for racketeering, conspiracy, drug trafficking heroin, fentanyl and MDMA around New York, and possession of firm arms. The FBI release a transcript of Mr. Hernandez testimony in court,
“In the fall of 2017, I met and joined the Nine Trey Blood Gang,” Tekashi, 22, told Manhattan U.S. District Judge Paul Englemayer, according to a transcript of the court proceedings obtained by The Daily Beast. “As a member of Nine Trey, the enterprise engaged in such activities including shooting at people, robbing people, and at times drug trafficking.” “What was the thing after shooting? Shooting people?” Englemayer asked. “Robbing people,” Tekashi replied.
Tekashi will be sentenced on January 23, 2020. As part of his cooperation, he agreed to help provide information on fellow gang members, leading to the indictment of three fellow gang members, one Kooda B who allegedly participated in the Chief Keef shooting and was paid 10,000. Celebrities such as Snoop Dogg, Meek Mill, 50 Cent and 21 savage are not fans of Tekashi telling on his former gang members, calling him a "Rat" and "Scum of the earth." In a recent phone call recording from Break News HipHop Tekashi 69 addresses Snoop Dogg and everyone who have a issue with him telling,
"like ... i'm in prison right now i'm looking at multiple years [blood]. And I got my homeboys telling me that Snoop Dogg got a lot to say but he cant really speak on my situation ... he beat his case. He wasn't looking at all these years i'm looking at because he beat his case. Like... i'm trying to be out so I can take care of my kids. I made a lot of mistakes i'm not going to prison forever I got a lot of people looking up to me, I got a daughter, I got music that still hot. I got to do what I gotta do. So anybody that got a problem with me cooperating don’t understand how life works. I got to do what I got to do."
The Dummy Boy rapper, shares a 3 year old with Sara Molina who have no contract with 69 since this arrested. Mr.Hernandez do fear for the safety of his family, and looking to be sentenced January 23, 2020.
