#FlavaInYourEar Jussie Smollet Is In Police Custody

Jussie Smollet is now in police custody. His currently being charged with a class C felony for filing a false police report on his own attack, reported from ABC7 Chicago News . On January 29, Jussie Smollet claim to be victim of a homophobic, racist hate crime when returning back to his Chicago apartment. The Empire star, alleged attack took place about 2a.m alleging two men wearing black mask jump him, poured bleach on him, tied a noose around his neck while yelling “This is MAGA Country.” After the attack Jussie returns to his apartment, walks by security does not alarm anyone about the attack and drives himself to the hospital.  Chicago police  grew suspicious of the detail of the attack, when Jussie  refused to give up his cell phone. A further twist in the story, according to Fox News, was when two Nigerian brothers Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo were arrested for the alleged attack on the Mr.Smollet. Raising more eyebrows, why would two African American men yell “This is MAGA Country?” while attacking the actor. As Chicago police continue with investigation they uncovered one of the brothers were actually extra in an episode of Empire and they both knew Jussie Smollet. During arrest the two brothers admit their involvement in the attack and tell police that Jussie orchestrated the whole attack, even down to the letter that was sent to Fox studios, where Empire is being shot, a weeks before the attack. When the letter did not get as much recognition as Jussie as hope he then staged his own attack.

As late as February 14, he sat down with ABC News and maintains his innocent and any involvement.  Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo testfed in front of a grand jury, after being seen on camera a day before the attack buying gloves, mask, and a red hat at a beauty supply store. The brother’s claim Jussie Smollet paid them 3,500 for their involvement. Report from the Chicago police department, Jussie Smollet was dissatisfied with his salary and used this attack for his own career exposure.  When scene in the hit show “Empire” as already been cut from 9 scenes to 4. His currently sitting behind bars waiting for a bond hearing. The two brothers  Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo would not face any charges.

Is it safe to say it was over for Jussie Smollet career? How can he ever come back from this?
