#FlavainyaEar Dennis Rodman Hot Yoga Heist
Vibes Hot Yoga Studio owners, Ali and Ariana Shah accused ex-NBA basketball player Dennis Rodman of allegedly coming into their studio in Newport Beach,California on May 7th, and stealing $3,500 worth of yoga merchandise. According to Los Angeles Times, Rodman walked into the store with an ex-vibe employee, another man and woman just before the store was about to close at 1:30 pm. Security footage shows the four worked and coordination to distract an employee so they could steal clothes from the displays. It's clear as day you see Dennis Rodman walking around the yoga studio in blue track pants while the others take and stuff merchandise into their pants and purses. 30 seconds into the surveillance video a man is seen lifting a Crystal off the checkout desk and dropping it on the ground, breaking the $2,500 ginormous geode amethyst crystal into thousands of pieces. The following day when an employee came to open the studio for afternoon and evening yoga classes at 4:30, Rodman and a woman again returned to the same studio to steal three or four more articles of merchandise, they even took the hangers. Shah, the store owner allegedly claim Robin and his collaborators cause 5,000 worth of damages to the studios floor. Rodman tells TMZ Sports, him and his friends was asked to help move the crystal by employees. Rodman also claim the staff was aware of the taken merchandise's because they was "gift" as a token of gratitude and hot yoga studio owners are looking for exposure and the owners allegations are all false. Rodman or his associates has not been arrested and this is a ongoing investigation.
Rodman is back in the news for allegedly slapping at man at his birthday party on May 17th. It only been 1 week since his controversial allege yoga heist. According to TMZ Sports, Rodman celebrated his 58th birthday at Buddah Sky Bar, on May 17th. When he slapped a man, Jeff Soullouque, allegedly for no reason. The 30 year old was hanging at the party when Dennis just turned and slapped him in the face not once but twice ! Then tried to apologize by offering to take Soullouque to dinner, Soullouque decline the offer. When he went to the hospital he was diagnosed with a left corneal abrasion. He went to cops the day after the incident and filed a report. As cops investigated, they found a witness, named David Lee Roth, who corroborated Soulouque's story. Roth stated, he was about twenty feet away and he saw Rodman turn around and open hand smack Soulouque two times," the report states. Cops is in search of video footage to further corroborate both stories. Lorne Berkeley, Dennis lawyer denies all allegations ( of course ) and tells reporters,
“I’ve spoken with people who were with Dennis the entire night of the alleged incident at Buddha Sky Bar. No one saw any such incident occur and Dennis was sober the entire night... Currently the matter is in its preliminary stages but we fully expect after a thorough investigation that no such incident will be substantiated. Dennis denies any such incident occurred.”
The hall-of famer is currently on probation for a DUI in 2018 and this is his second time having police contract in less then two weeks. Should Rodman go to jail? or does his drinking matter plays a big part in his bad decision making, and he should be put in rehab ?
