Drake's "Hotline Bling" dance didn't get left in 2015 and the rapper was spotted busting a move at a Pepperdine University basketball game yesterday (Jan. 7). On the broadcast, cameras panned to Drizzy standing in the top row of the bleachers and when he realized he was on camera, the OVO MC hit the move and gave a big smile. For those wondering, Pepperdine beat Pacific 81-76.

Drake didn't only act as a spectator. The rapper also sat-in with the team in the locker room while the coaches went over the game plan. While it seems harmless on the surface, the Toronto native has gotten in trouble for hanging around college basketball teams in the past. As a "global ambassador" for the NBA's Toronto Raptors, Drake serves as an employee of the team and caused the University of Kentucky to self-report an NCAA violation when pictures of him with recruits at the school's Big Blue Madness celebration surfaced.

That wasn't the only basketball-related footage of the "Back 2 Back" rapper that surfaced yesterday (Jan. 7). During a studio break, Drake and a few friends shot around on the basketball court at his palatial estate and the rapper hit an impressive shot while laying on his back. The shot more than makes up for the embarrassing airball he threw up during layup drills with the University of Kentucky. Looks like the extra time in the gym as been paying off.

Late last night, the "Hotline Bling" dance popped up once again during the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers-Sacramento Kings game. After hitting a tough shot while being fouled, Lakers rookie point guard D'Angelo Russell celebrated with Drake's now famous move.
