There is nothing worse than not getting a gift at all for a Holiday, especially when the gift giver is your son on mother's day.

That is exactly what happened to a Shantrell Murphy of Spartansburg, SC. Shantrell is 30 years old and has a 6 year old son, she was arrested on mother's day for an array of charges which had to do with her abusing her son.

The reason why she felt the need to get beat her son on mother's day is because he made mother's day card for his grandmother and not her. She took the card from the grandmother and ripped it into small pieces and threw it away. This sounds like a very dysfunctional family.
