Chris Brown will not face any jail time for a hit and run he was involved in just a few months ago.

TMZ shares that the case has been dismissed by an L.A. judge. Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the victim, apparently didn't want any money because the damage to her car was so minor.

"The case never should have been filed in the first place. It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done," Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos told TMZ.

Before the 'X' creator headed to court, there were several recounts of the incident and at one point, the victim was supposedly scared of him.

The L.A. City Attorney initially filed two charges against Breezy when he rear-ended Gure-Kovalenko's Mercedes. He reportedly didn’t show her his driver’s license at the time of the incident and delivered false insurance documents. Additionally, he was said to have left the scene.
