Child Hands Over Adults Marijuana To Police

Two adults face charges after a child reportedly handed a bag of marijuana to a state trooper.

They said the little girl reached under the front seat and pulled put a zippered pouch, opening it and holding it up so the trooper could see inside. The pouch contained a bag of marijuana, as well as a metal grinder and a smoking pipe, both of which had marijuana in them. The child gave the pouch to the trooper, who secured it as evidence.

Scott Hill, 26, and Megan Karl, 33, both of Clarksville, were arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Hill was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
