Myzelle Chantel Armstrong, 19, never thought that a spat on Instagram would lead to her being sentenced to 40 years.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Armstrong and a few of her friends developed an Instagram beef with a group of women in February 2014.

Instead of handling her business like an adult, calling the police, or staying away from the young ladies in general, Myzelle and her co-defendant Zawadi Clark, threw hot oil on them. One of the women had to be treated for second-degree burns and another victim had to undergo skin grafting.

This is another example how things can go from 0-100 over stupid things said or done on the Internet. I wonder if they really thought they were going to get away with throwing hot oil on someone. They probably recorded and posted everything they did before and after assaulting someone.

Instead of going to college or doing something significant with her life. Armstrong cried before Judge Robert D. Leonard  who sentenced her to four years in prison and 36 years of probation. She will be nearly 60 before she serves all of her time.
