One thing's for sure, two thing's for certain: we all could use a drink or two after a long day of work or to simply kick off the weekend and unwind from our extra-crazy, busy lives. If your life is anything like mine, then you know that constant feeling of work and of course, trying to balance life altogether can make you loose your mind. I probably lost mine at least 10 times this week alone. So here are 5 good recipes that I have found to be quite comforting, and not to mention, they're all summer drinks.

1. Island Hopper- Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice. Shake all ingredients.

2. Henny Colada- Hennessy, Creme De CoCo, Pineapple Juice (Dole is a must). Blend all ingredients along with ice in a blender, use equal parts of Creme De CoCo and pineapple juice.

3. Blue Long Island- Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Blue Curacao, Sour mix, Sprite.

4.Ragging Bull- Vodka,Tequila, Red Bull, Lime Juice

5. Cucumber Fizz- Cucumber Vodka, Soda and garnish with a lemon, lime and mint leaf. Very relaxing and light on the carbs.
