Young Chop's search for 21 Savage last weekend landed the Chicago producer in jail the next day.

Chop, born Tyree Pittman, was arrested for reckless conduct in Georgia's Gwinnett County on Monday (April 6), according to a document obtained by XXL. The Official Code of Georgia defines reckless conduct as “causing harm to or endangering the bodily safety of another.” The producer is a Chicago native but currently resides in Georgia.

The arrest comes after an incident last Sunday (April 5) when 26-year-old Chop went out looking for 21 Savage around the Atlanta area after the two exchanged words on social media. During the search around 21 Savage's old Allen Temple apartment complex, Chop went on Instagram Live to share that his ride was shot at by someone in a vehicle that pulled up alongside the Uber he was riding in. Chop even showed footage of the car's shattered glass and boasted about being unharmed.

The arrest report, which police detailed as told by the Uber driver, claims that Chop first took an Uber to a local Quick Mart location, then requested to go to an apartment complex. As seen in Chop's previously recorded IG Live video, he said that he was going to 21's "little project, little townhouse." This location is not where 21 Savage currently lives.

The report indicates Chop gout out of the car and asked people on the street for the location. While looking for 21 Savage, Chop had a heated exchange with an unknown man. At some point, Chop pulled out a semiautomatic black handgun during the argument then got back into the Uber. The Uber was then followed by a black four-door sedan. Chop asked the Uber driver to roll down the window and allegedly brandished his gun once again when the car pulled up to his Uber. The occupants then began to shoot at the vehicle Chop was in first. Bullets hit the Uber's front panel, the driver's rear door, side rear panel and shattered the driver side rear door window.

The sedan fled, and although Chop asked the Uber driver to follow the car, they were unsuccessful in catching up to the other vehicle. The Uber driver claimed he was unable to identify the make or model of the car, the suspects or the license plate. Chop, who asked the driver not to tell the police about the incident and offered to pay for the damages to the vehicle, was dropped off at home.

Despite Chop's recent arrest, he is still beefing and bashing other rappers via social media. On Thursday (April 9), Chop called both French Montana and Meek Mill a "pussy" on Instagram. "Let’s play pussy," Chop said in an Instagram post about French. He then took jabs at Meek. "Boy u not on shit @meekmill stop telling on yourself," Chop said. His comment referenced the Philadelphia rapper posting a photo of guns and bullets on his Instagram story from his visit at a gun range.

Chop then followed up with another Instagram post aimed at Meek. The IG post shows the Philly rhymer letting off rounds at the range, which was initially posted on Meek's own IG account. "Oh yea him ready. I know how to shoot them too @meekmill don’t play yourself out here pussy," Chop wrote in his own IG caption. He has since deleted the Instagram posts about Meek and French.

The exchange over social media comes after both French Montana and Meek Mill addressed Chop via Twitter as a result of Chop calling the rappers "scary" on Instagram Live. French encouraged Chop to seek help before he gets himself hurt or killed. Meek, on the other hand, suggested that Chop was struggling with mental health issues.
