Winter At The Empire Plaza

OK, so Summer won't be returning anytime soon. We might as well embrace this good ole' Upstate NY winter weather. Don't get to worked up with nothing to do due to the cold because there is a couple out door things taking place in the Cap City.

One is  "Winter at the Empire Plaza". You can enjoy and learn to ice skate from now up until the first week of March. Yes, it's going to be a bit chilly but there are outdoor warmers and a concession stand that sells hot cocoa and other smaller items.
