According to the Hollywood Reporter they did a survey with 2,200 adults, and 44% of the respondents were against the idea of closing theaters.

That's troubling with the number being that this is almost half. Amongst the other respondents, 46% said they support movie studios postponing upcoming movie premieres, and 43% supported the delay of the next James Bond movie "No Time to Die”. Bond is the biggest movie that is scheduled to premiere in the next couple of weeks.

This weekend there are only three big premieres

Bloodshot:

After he and his wife are murdered, marine Ray Garrison is resurrected by a team of scientists. Enhanced with nanotechnology, he becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine - Bloodshot. As Ray first trains with fellow super-soldiers, he cannot recall anything from his former life. But when his memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed both him and his wife, he breaks out of the facility to get revenge, only to discover that there's more to the conspiracy than he thought.

Bloodshot (2020) is the new action movie starring Vin Diesel, Eiza González and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson.

The Hunt

The most talked about movie of the year is the one nobody has seen … yet.

Twelve strangers wake up in a clearing. They don’t know where they are, or how they got there. They don't know they’ve been chosen… for a very specific purpose … The Hunt.
The Hunt is written by Lindelof and his fellow Watchmen collaborator Nick Cuse and is directed by Craig Zobel (Z for Zachariah, The Leftovers). Blum produces for his Blumhouse Productions alongside Lindelof. The film is executive produced by Zobel, Cuse and Steven R. Molen.

I Still Believe:

From the makers of I CAN ONLY IMAGINE comes the true life story of Christian music mega star Jeremy Camp. Jeremy’s remarkable journey of love and loss proves there is always hope in the midst of tragedy and that faith tested is the only faith worth sharing.

Will you go support these films this weekend. They aren’t blockbusters so there probably won’t be that many people in the theater. Another industry that is going to be hurting from people not wanting to go out in mass I concerts. Even more people, 51%, are in favor of postponing upcoming concerts.

Also, people are expecting the venues to keep them protected, 33% believed that movie theater chains, concert venues, and entertainment industry executives, have a responsibility to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

I’m sure this has to be a huge decision for the people in control of these venues to make. In China the world's second-largest moviegoing market behind North America, they shut down all movie theaters, and all of Italy is presently quarantined.
