Troy Man Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography

A Troy man pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

According to justice.gov, Jake Alexander Cruse, 33 years old, and lived in Troy just pled guilty to not only having child pornography but he was also allegedly distributing, transporting, and receiving video images of child abuse.

He also admitted to creating many online profiles to sell child porn online. When he was caught Cruse’s phone contained over 100 videos and over 200 images, of children being abused. Wow, you never know who is living next door to you. That someone in Troy was actually (allegedly) selling child pornography is scary.

Cruse will be sentenced later on this year and could face up to 20 years when his sentence is handed down after his time is served he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
