Mom Leaves 1 Year Old in Car While At Work

A tragic story out of North Carolina and every time I hear about someone doing this I always wonder how and why? A mother left her 1-year-old in a car while she completed a days work when she came back outside her son was still in the car dead.

According to WYNT.

Police said the child's body is in the custody of the Mecklenburg County Medical Examiner’s Office, where the investigation will continue.

Police said the mother went to work at some point in the day and realized after her shift that her son was still in the car.

"We don't know the state of mind at the time, what caused her to forget but unfortunately it did happen," said Pineville Police Lt. Corey Copley.

How can someone be this negligent? No one will say it but that is what everyone is thinking, she will probably eventually lose her job and or relationship. Some things are unforgivable, would you be able to forgive this woman?
