Man Shot in Albany Marks First Shooting Homicide Of The Year

Albany marks its second homicide of the year the first due to a shooting incident which is way down from last year's record-setting 15 homicides.

There have been 35 reported shootings in Albany this year with only one person being killed. Is this an improvement from the 15 homicides of last year? We have to judge each of these killings separately and not jump to the conclusion that people are just out to shoot and kill other people.
