Man Pepper Sprayed By Saratoga Police Has His Charges Dropped [VIDEO]

The man who was pepper-sprayed by a Saratoga Springs police officer had his charges dropped today and E. Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy Attorney James Knox said they will be filing a civil case against the officer and department. Actual traffic stop video below.

This officer wasn't playing any games .... The part that is concerning is how he had a charge ready to accuse the man of immediately. This man wasn't being disorderly he just was being disobedient. At least he didn't get shot or strangled. The Saratoga Police department just had a big issue with Sgt Shawn Glans who quit the police department after a video of with him went viral. These police have to remember they have to follow the rules also. Both of these videos make me want to stay away from Saratoga.
