Apparently there are still some capital region Bars/Restaurants that are serving drinks to the public despite the restrictions put in place due to the Coronavirus.

With the Coronavirus pandemic on the rise in New York State, Gov Andrew Cuomo issued executive orders for restaurants and bars to be closed for on premise service. Restaurant/Bars have now resorted to delivery only. Many of which have never done this in the past. It may not be enough revenue to sustain the business. The aftermath is that many Restaurants/Bars will be struggling to stay open. Short staffed and in desperation to make money some businesses are operating beyond the restrictions put in place due to Covid-19. There were reports of local businesses serving drinks to the public.
