Latham Man Shops w/ Traffic Cone on Head (Video)

We've all seen some pretty creative ways people have been covering up their face during the pandemic, but this Latham man takes the cake.

I don't know how effective it is to wear an orange traffic cone on your head, but I suppose it's better than nothing.  A man was seen walking around the Walmart in Latham wearing just that.  I have so many questions.  Did he grab it from the side of the road and sanitize it before shoving it down on his head?  And how was he able to see out of it when hole is at the top of the cone?  The man seems to be getting around pretty well, perhaps he cut out holes where his eyes would be.  Seems like an awful lot of work when it's perfectly fine to use a clean t-shirt to cover up your nose and mouth.
