Goodbye Summer 2013: Labor Day Weekend

Its hard to believe the summer has flown by as fast as it has & the crisp Autumn air is right around the corner.  With the holiday weekend upon us what plans do you have to say goodbye to the summer of 2013?

Labor Day is pretty much the unofficial end to summer. I feel like we just had Memorial Day & now summer is over? How can that be? Already? Unfortunately, yes, summer is over already.

Hopefully you have some amazing travel plans lined up for the holiday week or a beach getaway to Cape Cod to enjoy the last dips in the ocean or pools.  Lucky you if you do. Just remember to get a jump start to avoid all the traffic because I'm sure a few folks out there have the same idea as you! If you are looking for something closer to home, perhaps a weekend in Saratoga at The Saratoga Race Track betting on the last few horse races of the season, or a hike in the Adirondacks, or a visit to the shops in Lake George is more your fancy.

Whatever you have planned, even if just a BBQ, a little rest & relaxation at home, shopping at the malls trying to catch some back to school sales, or even if you're one of the unfortunate ones to have to work, enjoy yourselves.  Just remember we will all be in sweaters, boots & shoveling snow soon. Which reminds me, XMas is coming!! Gosh this year's flying by.
