New York is among the States with the highest number of reported missing persons. According to Wise Voter, California leads the way with over 2,000 missing individuals followed by Florida, Texas, Arizona, Washington. New York is 6th with more than 600 missing residents reported.

New York State Police are seeking your help in locating a 59-year-old man from Franklin County that has been missing since September. Anyone with information is asked to contact New York State Police Troop B at 518-563-3761.

Troopers are actively searching for Brent V. Beach, who was last seen on Sunday September 17th. On the afternoon of Tuesday October 24th Franklin County Adult Services contacted State Police regarding a check the welfare request.

Franklin County Adult Services is responsible for identifying and assisting individuals 18 years of age and older who are unable to function independently.

Mr. Beach is approximately 5'8", weighing approximately 160 pounds and is from Fort Covington Street in the town of Malone, NY. Currently there are no clues as to which way Beach may be traveling and the clothing he might be wearing is unknown.

What is known is that Mr. Beach has been operating a RED ARCTIC CAT 4x4 All-Terrain Vehicle. Possible 2000 model as pictured below.
