Guilderland Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges

You never know what your neighbors are up to and you never know who the pedophile next store might be. In this case, it happened right here in the Capital Region in Guilderland. Another middle age man caught up in child porn.

According to US Department Of Justice Albany Field Office:

Blake Spears, age 38, of Westmere, Town of Guilderland, New York, was ordered detained today following his arrest last week on child pornography charges.

Spears appeared today before United States Magistrate Judge Christian F. Hummel, who ordered Spears detained following a hearing. A criminal complaint accuses Spears of using the Kik phone messaging application to distribute child pornography in December 2018. On February 15, FBI agents found child pornography on a thumb drive in Spears’s residence

Hopefully, justice is served it amazes me how many people still use the internet to commit this type of behavior. Did he not watch Chris Hansen bust up child predators for years on MS NBC. Protect your children.
