Eminem's Detroit mansion is officially off the market. According to the Daily Mail, Slim Shady sold the lush pad for $1.9 million, which is significantly less than the $4.75 million he paid for it back in 2003.

The Rochester, Mich. mansion includes five bedrooms, a lighted tennis and basketball court, a swimming pool and an entertainment cabana. The crib streteches more than 17,000 square feet. In other words, market drop aside, it's still an incredibly swanky rap superstar pad.

In other Eminem news, the rap legend had himself quite a weekend. On Sunday (Nov. 12), Slim performed his new Beyonce-assisted single, "Walk on Water," at the 2017 MTV EMAs. Beginning the performance sitting alone in a bar, Em traversed somber piano keys to reflect on his current place in a continually evolving rap landscape.

A short while later, Eminem took home another MTV EMA. This one was for Best Hip Hop, something that even surprised Slim Shady himself.  "I'm not really sure how I got this because I haven't had an album out in a few years," Em told the crowd as he accepted his award.

Like the rap scholar he is, Em also took the time to give thanks to Cypress Hill member B-Real and Public Enemy MC Chuck D, who both presented the Best Hip Hop trophy to the Detroit rapper.
