Cruel and Unusual Much?

Meek Mill finally released from solitary confinement

This past weekend, Meek Mill has finally been released from solitary confinement after being there for over a week. For those of you who don’t know, Meek Mill has been sentenced to 2-4 years for a parole violation two weeks ago. Since then Meek has been in solitary confinement away from the general population.

This change was made after his legal team lobbied that solitary confinement can “wreak havoc on a person's mental state”. Imagine being in a small cell by yourself with no contact with the rest of society for over a week. All that for popping a wheelie...Ridiculous. What do you guys think about this?
