Chris Brown's reported reckless behavior has caught the attention of the Los Angeles Police Department. It looks as if authorities want to talk with the singer about complaints from neighbors in his San Fernando Valley neighborhood in California.

According to TMZ, neighbors have been complaining to police about Brown's activities in and around his house. Apparently, the "Party" singer has been doing too much partying as he's allegedly terrorizing the neighborhood with loud music, driving recklessly in various cars, getting into fights and allegedly using drugs.

LAPD want to intervene before they have to make a house call to Breezy's house on a serious matter. Authorities have invited Brown to come to the station so they can detail the problems they are seeing and come to a resolution. However, Brown is under no obligation to talk with police so it's an open invitation.

"Chris is a chronic problem who takes up a tremendous amount of our resources," said a police source.

This news comes as Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, is reportedly seeking a three-year restraining order against the singer. The young model-actress says she's in fear of her life and wants Brown to stay away from her.

Reps for Chris Brown had no comment on the matter.
