Traffic may continue to be an issue in the Albany area this week with road work happening throughout the region. You might want to plan on leaving early when traveling through potential traffic spots. The good news is you’ll get to spend more time with your favorite station, HOT 99.1!!! We’re self serving, we know. Here are this week’s traffic hot spots:

Dunn Memorial Bridge, Albany to Rensselaer:

Work continues, traffic is no longer limited to one eastbound lane. One lane traffic on westbound lane only.

Fuller Road/Washington Ave. Extension, Albany:

Construction workers will still be working on-site. Some lanes will be closed until the work is done.

I-787, Albany:

One lane will be closed between exits 3B and 4 northbound. Left lane will be closed for bridge repairs. Watch for other lanes to be closed as work continues.

Loudonville Road, Albany:

Lanes will be closed from Loudonville Road over I-90 near exit 6. Right lane northbound and southbound will be closed until July. One lane will be open in each direction. The shoulders east and westbound will be closed until the project is finished.

Becker Road, Rotterdam:

The bridge from Becker Road to I-88 at Exit 25 will close for repairs. The on and off ramps to I-88 westbound will be closed during construction – ramps to I-88 eastbound will remain open. There will be no access from Route 7 to I-88 westbound during construction. Traffic heading westbound on I-88 will follow a detour to Exit 24 in Duanesburg and be rerouted onto I-88 eastbound to Exit 25.

Northways Exit 14, Saratoga:

Single lanes will be closed for work to replace the Route 9P bridge over the highway.

Campbell Ave., Troy:

Closed for repairs. Will most likely be closed until July.

Congress St., Troy:

Closed for work between 8th and 15th street.
