What’s the Dumbest Product You Hoarded?

We have been in self-containment and social distancing for about a week and a half now and honestly, it is no telling when this going to end. During this time of self-reflection, I have realized that common sense ain’t common.

There are people buying out the shelves of grocery stores, with items that they aren’t going to need. They stocked up on items that aren’t going anywhere any time soon and really they have no use for so many of the items.

You would naturally think people would stock up on hand sanitizer, water, can goods, although I didn’t get the rush for toilet paper. In my opinion, toilet paper isn't the only totally useless item that people were stocking up, in the event of an emergency.

According to Delish; these are 10 items that people stocked up on that they regret.

1.  EIGHT LARGE BOTTLES OF KETCHUP
What are you going to do with all these bottles of ketchup?  There aren’t enough French fries in the world. 

2.  CANS OF CHEF BOYARDEE

Disgusting, I haven’t eaten Chef Boyardee since 2002, there is no reason for anyone over the age of 13 to eat Chef Boyardee. 

3.  AN ABUNDANCE OF EGGS
I don’t eat eggs, but how long do they last for.  I don’t understand why people are buying up items that spoil.  A lot of people said they bought too much milk and bread too.

4.  THREE TUBS OF HUMMUS
I don’t do hummus I don’t understand why this would be a must have in the event of an emergency. 

5.  THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF NAIL POLISH.
I have no idea what this is and why is it a must have item during a crisis? If you get the Coronavirus, I’m sure your last concern is how your nails look.

6.  SPAM
I guess because its invisible this would probably be the last thing I eat on earth. 

7.  A, QUOTE, "UNCOMFORTABLE AMOUNT OF PISTACHIOS.”
Another food I don’t eat.  Maybe in an emergency but I prefer walnuts too pistachios. 

8.  DOZENS OF BOXES OF CONDOMS FOR SOME REASON.
Makes sense you don’t want any CoronaVirus Babies, you should be safe in all aspects of life. I had a nice reference to pistachios for this one, but your get the picture.

9.  32 MINI PACKETS OF YEAST TO MAKE BREAD
Makes sense this is definitely on a doomsday prep list, but do you know how to make bread? The person who posted this didn’t and neither do I.

10.  ABOUT FOUR YEARS' WORTH OF MAYONNAISE.
Another item that will spoil what is the point of stacking up on all these condiments?
